CPL's Client has a vacancy for an enthusiastic Property Surveyor to join their Commercial Team.
The successful candidate will be a self starter with a desire to achieve and will have successfully completed their APC. A high level of market awareness and experience in a wide range of property activities would be desirable. Whilst having an opportunity to fly your own flag you will receive guidance and assistance from our commercial team.
The position will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to further their career in one of Ireland's longest established and leading property companies.
The client work on a number of long term projects, and so require someone with commitment and the ability to follow through.
Experience in the professional services such as Commercial and Residential Sales, Lettings, Acquisitions, Valuations, Development Appraisal, Project Co-Ordination, Asset Management, Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals, Rating Appeal Specialists, Compulsory Purchase Orders is required.
Candidates are required to drive and have their own car, but mileage would be paid for.
