Footwear Manager - Dublin - 24k - 26k

In partnership with our client, one of Irelands leading fashion sport retailers, we are seeking an experienced Manager to join their team in the Dublin area.

The company are a successfull brand, with plenty of room for progression for the ideal candidate.

To be considered for this role, the succesful applicant MUST be flexible to travel to Swords, Blanchardstown, Liffey Valley and Tallaght.

The successful candidate will have the drive and ambition to move up within the organisation and will be eager to learn all areas of the business. The Footwear Manager will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager on the day to day running of the store whilst recommending and implementing new ideas which will drive the business forward.

Main duties will include managing staff on the shop floor, ensuring high levels of customer service and working to and exceeding targeted KPI's.

Responsibilities:

· To understand Store Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and make commercial decisions to drive improvements
· Ensure replenishment and deliveries are carried out effectively to maximise sales
· Motivate team to consistently achieve the Store Card targets and increase AverageTransaction Value (ATV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT)
· Strong knowledge of competitor activity in the market place, as well as awareness of customer profile
· Identify and implement ways to exceed Customers expectations through monitoring competitor activity
· Build rapport and be approachable and helpful to both Customers and staff
· Effectively cascade product knowledge to the team
· Ensure Minimum Operating Standards (MOS) are implemented in all areas of the store and maintained
· Focused on success and displays determination to achieve personal & team targets
· Actively strives to make continuous improvements in performance
· Shows a real passion for fashion

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, have good communication and leadership qualities, and be customer service-focused.

You must be a hands-on manager with a proven track record in fashion retail management with experience of managing and driving KPIs

Footwear eaxperience is beneficial, but not necessary. Fashion retail at Management level is necessary.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 2-3 years retail management experience.
