Country Manager / Regional Manager - Luxury Brand

Teamworx are delighted to announce this new and exciting opportunity with one of the finest Luxury brands in its market .

We are interested in meeting with candidates who have experience in the premium retail market but who also have a strong backround in Regional and Area Management

The main function of this role is to support the strategic development and management of the stores and outlets. You will be responsible for achieving all financial and retail objectives. You will work across all channels to ensure that stores achieve their budgets and maximise profits

Responsibilities will include the following

  • P&L reporting on a monthly basis
  • Managing stores performance through settign high operaitonal standards
  • Scheduled visits to audit individual sellign and service skills
  • Work closely with the Retail Direcot to open and refurbish new and existing stores
  • Work closely with HR to develop staff and management and to ensure continuous assessment
  • Report regularly to the retail Director , advising of store recommendations and store perfoamnce issues
  • Ensure that all department communicate efectively with stores to achieve the required standard of excellence
  • Oversee all payroll activity, recruitment, H&S Audits


Requirements - Person Specification

A minimum of 8 years retail experience to include two at Area Level

Financial reporting experience

As sound understanding of HR and H&S

PC Literate

Proven track record in managing across all channels to meet company expectations
