The position is based in a spacious, modern store and consequently the successful candidate will be sales driven with a proven ability to both motivate and lead a team.
Responsibilities will include:
· Overall store management
· Staff management & training
· Ensuring processes are implemented and adhered to
· Reporting to the directors in relation to both sales targets and performance
· Negotiating with suppliers and purchasing
· Stock Management
· Ensuring the continued growth and success of the business.
The position is on a permanent basis, working 40 hours per week .
The ideal candidate will have five years experience in a Pharmacy environment with good leadership and team building skills. A person who is familiar with SOP's and understands the importance of implementing processes and procedures will be very desirable.
