Responsible for Accounts Payable and in the administration of same
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing and payment of vendor invoices, in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Timely resolution of vendor related issues.
Creditor statement reconciliation.
Employee Travel Expense Processing.
Preparation of Company Bank Reconciliation.
Provision of cash flow information.
Provision of various Financial Analysis as required.
Partake in month end close activities.
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
Education/Experience/Skills
Bachelor’s of Accounting a definite advantage.
Min 3 years Accounts experience.
Computer Literacy – SAP is essential, windows, Excel and Word.
Good organisation and communication skills required.
Ability to interface with colleagues from all areas of the business.
Takes Initiative.
Must have Leadership competencies.
