A busy nursing home with an excellent reputation for elderly care based in Co. Clare is currently recruiting for one full time and one part time Staff Nurse.
This nursing role is ideal for a candidate with a genuine interest in elderly care and who wants to work with a leading nursing home.
Essential Requirements
- Be a RGN with nursing experience in a nursing home or elderly care experience in hospitals or community
- Be Registered with An Bord Altranais
- Flexible to work shifts (days / evenings, some weekends)
- Speak fluent English and be able to work within the EU (We do not process work permits at present)
Summary
- Providing the best nursing care possible to elderly service users.
- Hands on approach with patients, caring and energetic attitude required
- Assist in Ordering, administering, monitoring and recording of service users medications.
- Liaising with families, GPs and other auxiliary agents.
- Ensuring all current legislation is adhered too
- A team player, helping promote great working conditions, colleague relations and care to clients
