Logistics Specialist required for a progressive company that provides innovative technologically advanced products, based in Cork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Overall responsibility of reverse logistics and the reverse supply chain in the EMEA and Russia region
  • Planning of stock replenishment at 6 regional Tech Support Distribution Centers across Europe and Russia
  • Managing out-of-stock or fulfillment related issues, to ensure fast resolution and minimal disruption to the supply chain
  • Local point of contact for Tech Support team and Tech Support DC's for any ad-hoc enquiries
  • Ensuring monthly Tech Support DC KPI's andSLA's are maintained and updated
  • Generating meaningful and accurate management information reports
  • Managing monthly cycle count activity at all DC's
  • Ensuring daily book to books are updated in a timely manner at all DC's
  • Managing E&O and scrap activity across all DC's
  • Auditing monthly invoicing
  • Performing on-site QBR's with Tech Support DC's
  • Driving operational, system and productivity improvements on a continuous basis
  • Ensuring SOX compliancy is adhered to throughout the supply chain


Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience of RMA, distribution, inventory, and ground freight management
  • Experience managing RMA processing and reverse logistics
  • Experience working with 3rd party logistics suppliers
  • Experience in working in an electronics manufacturing or distribution company
  • Familiarity with Oracle Systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office operation, especially Excel

  • Must be able to travel as required on a Domestic and International basis
