HR Project Manager sought for Dublin City Centre based financial services company.
The desired applicants will have a strong HR generalist background (ideally 5 years at HR Manager level) as well as excellent change and project management skills.
Principle Accountabilities:
Lead a specific change project within the organisation.
In conjunction with the internal Change function, agree the initiative scope, key milestones and deliverables, track and report progress against plan.
Develop an understanding of the organisation's operational HR processes and in particular how they need to be updated as a result of the change project.
Implement a project communication structure and manage all communications necessary to support all stakeholders and the delivery of the project.
Key Capabilities Required (skills, experience and competencies)
Proven change/project management experience in a busy HR function (ideally a HR generalist with strong project/change management experience).
In-depth knowledge of operational HR processes
