German HR Team Leader - Contact Centre
This role sits within the European Shared Services Centre of a European ICT / Financial Services company. You will provide operational day to day leadership and drive service excellence among a team of HR representatives. You’re goal is to provide an efficient, cost effective and outstanding employee experience. You’ll create a work and service culture that’s fresh, unique, responsive, empathic and fun.
You’re background will be in a HR Leadership role. If you haven’t managed teams of up to 7 people, then unfortunately the role isn’t for you. So, maybe you’re working in HR Shared Services for a large multinational or you are a people manager with a HR background. You’re team will quickly swell to 20 people so a key criteria is proven, demonstrable people management and motivation. Fluent German is a minimum requirement and knowledge of German Employment Law is a distinct advantage.
Your day to day activities will include instilling a mindset of customer centricity while adhering to SLA’s. You’ll quickly establish yourself as a point of contact for managers in country teams and advise them on legislative and process updates. You’ll assume accountability for delivering continuous improvement and managing adhoc project work.
