Primary Function: The primary function of this role is to provide Analysis, Reporting and Support to Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and other key areas of the business
Responsibilities:
    Provide Analysis, Reporting and Support to allocated Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and other key areas of the business including, but not limited to;
      Sales & Margin Analysis
      Selling and Marketing Cost Analysis
      Forecasting
      Design and implementation of Employee Bonus schemes
      Management Discussion and Analysis
      Communication of Global direction
    To be a Key Business Intelligence Report Developer;
o Continuous learning in the areas of Business Intelligence report writing and related infrastructure
      Ensuring a globally consistent approach to reporting at all times
      Provide User and Report Writer training to other employees
o Contribute in reporting workshops that aim for knowledge sharing
      Developing and maintaining Core Reports for an allocated ‘Position’
· Work as a member of global reporting project teams;
o Including implementation of Global processes into local systems and reporting
      Liaising with IT and other members of the reporting team, to help create efficient reporting systems, including data validation and investigation of technical issues
· Provide assistance with Month End Sales, Financial and Functional Reporting
    Provide assistance, when necessary, to other members of the SBU Support and Reporting Teams
    Miscellaneous project work, as appropriate
· Ensure that COOK’s Code of Conduct and Policies and Procedures are complied with in all business matters carried out on COOK’s behalf




Qualifications / Experience
· Professional Financial or Business Qualification preferable, but not essential
· Minimum 3 years industry experience, preferably medical device/high-tech industry, within a finance/reporting role
· Advanced use of Business Intelligence (or similar software), as well as MS Office, particularly Excel
Requirements
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to work in a cross functional team
· Availability and willingness to travel on company business
