My client is a dynamic, growing organistaion, enjoying huge success in the Cork market.

Responsibilities:
  • To develop, implement and manage the company's advertising strategy from a business, sales and technical perspective.
  • To initiate and manage discussion and sales with sponsors and agencies.
  • Negotiate agreements with outside sales representatives and manage the development of the sales process.
  • Lead a team of Advertising agents to ensure maximum revenue is generated
  • Generate leads and ensure conversion within strict deadlines.
The person:
  • A Third level degree is essential
  • Proven track record in Advertising Management in Media is a must
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent creativity, idea generation and strategy implementation.
  • People management experience is desired
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are essential
