The company now wish to appoint an International Recruitment Consultant to gwo and develop the business.
This is a new position, in a new area with lots of potential for growth.
It's exciting, challenging and rewarding. It will also require a lot of hard work, so you will need to be committed with the ability to make things happen and resolve problems as they happen.
The role...
- The role will involve a strong element of business development at both national and international level.
- Recruitment of professional candidates in an international setting
- Developing a strong understanding of client and candidate needs in relation to their industries
- Liaising with candidate and client throughout the process, managing expectations and ensuring all issues / roadblocks that can occur in international business are resolved satisfactorily.
- Working to monthly targets
The Person...
- The ideal candidate with have a strong background in recruitment and international trade, ideally with international recruitment experience
- 3rd level qualifications would be a distinct advantage
- Strong business development experience
- Excellent business acumen
- Driven, passionate and committed. Gets things done.
