Business Development Manger – Certification Europe
Certification Europe is a rapidly expanding, innovative service provider for third party assessment and inspection where the staff take immense pride in the success the company has achieved. With a rapidlygrowing client base across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America the company has an excitingopportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
The Business Development Managers main responsibility will be to lead the business development department across the key competency areas of certification and inspection services ex the company’s Dublin office. This department is responsible for the acquisition of new projects and clients and supports senior management in the deployment of the company strategy and achievement of revenue targets.
The successful candidate will ideally have a third level qualification in business or a related discipline and extensive experience (circa 10yrs) in a relevant field. They will also possess the key skills to motivate the business development team and manage a cross functional team to deliver their individual sales targets.
Key to the role will be the ability to initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market, proactively develop and improve products and services and build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients, evaluating new business opportunities such as new products, new services and new market penetration and their commercialisation
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to develop and lead their own strategies, but requires a candidate with exceptional drive, passion and pride in what they do, and with ability to think differently and bring a ‘Wow’ factor to the company’s activities.
The Business Development Manager will form part of the company Management Team. Direct line reporting will be to the CEO.
Salary: €50,000 to €70,000 – dependent upon experience.
