This is a new role with requires the successful candidate to build and secure further growth of a rapidly scaling European leading eBook Company which is operating in an industry that is growing at over 100% per annum.
The ideal candidate must come from a financial and metric driven environment, preferably from IT, Technology or Logistics industry experience. University degree in a Finance or business discipline is essential. Experience in digital publishing or eBook industry a distinct advantage.
Main Duties:
· Serve as a member of the executive management team with CEO and CFO
· Engage the board around issues, trends and changes in the company’s strategy
· Drive key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives
· Interface with all departments to ensure that strategic plans are aggressively implemented and in alignment with daily and long term company goals.
Must demonstrate:
· Strong evidenced of being adept at assessing customer needs.
· Creating ideal solutions and influencing appreciate courses of action
· Ability to accomplish results through others
· Embrace a positive team based culture
· Proven track record in an operations or finance role
