La creme,Cork's leading recruitment agency is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager for a well established Irish organisation. Our client is located inCorkcity.

Duties include:
  • Achieve and exceed all sales targets and KPI's.
  • Develop and maintain the existing client base.
  • Successfully convert leads to actual sales
  • Present presentations to key decision makers in targeted companies
  • Create quotations for clients and deliver presentations.


The person:
  • A minimum of three years experience in a B2B Sales / Business Development role
  • Highly motivated individual with a passion for sales
  • Proven track record of achieving results
  • Excellent relationship builder both with external and internal clients
  • A background in Consultancy sales would be an advantage
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate clear career progression
  • Third level degree in Business or Marketing essential.
  • Demonstrate strong networking skills
  • Full clean Irish driving licence


The individual must be able to demonstrate how you achieved results in previous roles.

Salary range is €28,000 to €35,000 for this role.
