THE ROLE:
* Supporting new product development and key customer support for DC-DC products.
* Responsible for new product definition and generating Data Sheets.
*The candidate will drive new product definition and development. Key customer support and interaction for new products and existing reference designs will be critical.
*The candidate will be responsible for generating reference designs and supporting material such as Bills of Materials, schematics and Application Notes. PCB design is a preference.
*Candidate will be involved in reference design circuit modelling using Excel, Mathcad and PSpice. Test and troubleshooting skills in a lab setting are critical.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Candidate should have BSEE and 3+ years experience in DC to DC Power electronics, knowledge of SMPS topologies an advantage and familiarity with the integrated circuit design process.
*The candidate must have good organizational and communications skills.
*We are looking for a self starter that works well in group settings.
*10% to 15% travel to customer and or other design locations will be required.
